Our client is seeking an experienced Shot Blaster to join their team, working on a rotating shift pattern to support ongoing demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering stability and long-term prospects.

The role

As a Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing metal components to a high standard. You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with production schedules.

Key duties

* Operating shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces

* Inspecting components for quality and consistency

* Maintaining a safe and organised work area

* Supporting production with additional tasks as required

The candidate

* Previous experience in shot blasting or a similar industrial role, and able to work with materials up to 5m long

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to work effectively within a rotating shift pattern

* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
