Showroom Assistant

Timber Windows is a leading provider of beautifully crafted timber windows and doors, with a nationwide network of over 60 beautifully appointed showrooms. We offer homeowners a complete supply-and-installation service, combining traditional craftsmanship with sustainable practices and exceptional customer care.

We are seeking a part time showroom assistant to be based at our beautiful showroom in Teddington. This role is working 10:00am to 4:00pm, three days a week, we are flexible on the days. Along with working two Saturdays a month, 9:00am to 1:00pm.

About the role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative duties to support the sales team so strong attention to detail is required. Alongside housekeeping tasks relating to ensure our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving customers an excellent first impression.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will understand brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills and computer skills are essential . Alongside customer awareness and a customer centric approach to all interactions being essential.
