Showroom Host

LSH Auto is looking for a personable and enthusiastic Showroom Host to join our esteemed team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, consistently providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department, and providing detailed information about our services and offerings. You will also play a key role in maintaining the showroom's appearance and assisting in hosting events.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, and the role offers competitive pay.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Basic IT proficiency
