Their impressive expansion throughout the UK has seen them open a number of new showrooms in some of the most exclusive parts of the UK. The business has an aggressive business plan which coupled with their motivation and commitment, will see them dominate the market!

The Opportunity:

• Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of luxury interior products
• As Showroom Manager, you will manage the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeople
• Managing the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the Directors
• Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell.
• Build a strong relationship with everyone as the Showroom Manager and grow the business in the region
• Working Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rota, days will be set and decided by the Showroom Manager

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
• Background in any showroom-based sales is perfect
• Showroom Management experience
• Experience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essential
• Showroom Management or senior sales/ Team Leader/ Assistant Showroom Manager experience
• The role is all about the person! They are very open to various backgrounds
• Driven, motivated and ambitious
• Team player is key!
