The ideal candidate will come from a consultative environment in either interiors, fashion, beauty or jewellery.

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and meet showroom targets.

• Create a warm, inviting space where customers feel supported and inspired throughout their interiors journey.

• Take ownership of showroom performance - from KPIs and budgets to visual standards and customer satisfaction.

• Offer expert interiors advice, guiding customers through products, finishes, and design solutions.

• Drive business growth through outstanding client relationships and repeat custom.

• Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or in a senior retail role within interiors, homeware, design, or a lifestyle brand.

• A strong commercial understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and how to grow a successful showroom.

• Someone confident working with high-ticket items and offering consultative sales.

• A passion for interiors and a natural ability to inspire both customers and team members.

• Leaders who create a supportive, motivated showroom environment.

• A flair for visual merchandising and a keen eye for design.
