• Leading and motivating a small, passionate team as Showroom Manager, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Providing warm, professional, and knowledgeable consultations on a range of products - from homeware to limited-edition pieces.

• Driving showroom sales, hitting realistic but challenging targets, and building strong relationships with loyal and new clients.

• Creating a beautifully presented space - visual merchandising, hanging artwork, and ensuring everything is showroom ready.

• Playing a hands-on role in all areas of retail operations, from day-to-day store management to hosting occasional events.
