Are you a confident salesperson who loves turning customer interest into closed deals? We’re looking for a Showroom manager to take ownership of our bathroom showroom and drive sales growth with both retail and trade customers. Backed by our established plumbing & heating merchant business, you’ll have a solid foundation to attract customers - but it will be your energy, sales ability, and customer service that make the showroom thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of the showroom’s day-to-day operation.

• Proactively engaging with customers to maximise sales opportunities.

• Delivering excellent service to homeowners, tradespeople, and designers.

• Building long-term relationships with trade professionals to generate repeat business.

• Managing displays, stock, and supplier promotions to create impact.

• Working closely with the merchant team to bring customers into the showroom.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales success in bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, interiors, or a similar retail environment.

• A confident, proactive individual who can inspire customers and close sales.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take responsibility for results.

• Knowledge of plumbing, bathrooms, or home improvement is desirable (but not essential if you’re a strong salesperson).

• Self-motivation and drive to grow showroom sales.
