Working in a beautifully presented showroom, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, offering a warm and professional welcome

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions

• Learn and demonstrate product features and benefits (full training provided)

• Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance and cleanliness

• Follow up on customer enquiries and support the sales journey from start to finish

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience
