Position: Signage & Vinyl Installer
Location: Surrey
Salary: £28k - £35k (depending on experience)

The Company: My client is a dynamic, multi-winning large format graphics / signs company. They collaborate with iconic brands and landmarks in the property and events sectors.

The Role:
• You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality signage, vinyl applications, and printed hoardings for a variety of exciting projects.
• This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to take charge of your installations.
• You’ll be working across a wide range of projects for top clients, including The Premier League, 3 Mobile, and Stella McCartney, delivering installations that make an impact.
• Manage and install signage, vinyl, and printed hoardings for diverse clients across the South of the UK and London.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute installations, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Work in a dynamic environment, with a varied range of projects that will challenge your skills.
• Operate tools and machinery confidently, ensuring safe and effective installations.

Requirements:
• Seeking someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-energy environment.
• A background in signage installation, carpentry, or construction
• Hands-on Experience: A background in signage, vinyl application, or carpentry is a plus. If you're skilled in carpentry, you'll be able to leverage those skills to install site hoardings and signage with precision.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to deliver installations to the highest standards—every time.
• Energy & Enthusiasm: You'll be working with a young, friendly, and energetic team. Your passion for the craft will help you stand out.
• Leadership: Confidence to take the lead on jobs and manage installations independently.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot, and find creative solutions when challenges arise.
• Team Player: While you’ll take the lead on many projects, you’ll also work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Reliable & Punctual: This role often requires early starts (6 AM), so being dependable and well-organized is key.
