Site Administrator

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Site Administrator for a construction project in Southampton.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

General site administration duties
Arranging security passes for workers and visitors
Meeting visitors at the front gate and escorting them safely to site
Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
Assisting the site management team with administrative tasks
Communicating with site personnel, visitors, and contractors
Carrying out all duties in accordance with site procedures and health and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a construction environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Must have valid ID/Passport
A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy site environment
