Exciting opportunity to lead site operations in Euston Station/Iver - experience in self-delivery or utilities a plus!

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage a team, coordinate resources, and maintain high safety standards. This is a chance to make a real impact on crucial infrastructure projects.

• Lead site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain high safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and clients.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.

• Must have 3+ years of experience in site management within the utilities sector.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in self-delivery or utilities projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• A valid driver's license.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
