Site Agent - Water Infrastructure Projects (Permanent)

We're recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering non-infrastructure water projects as part of long-term regional frameworks.

You'll take responsibility for two projects in the Stansted area, valued at £1.8m and £5.7m, overseeing day-to-day operations, programme management, and client coordination from start to completion. Sewage Treatment works experinece required.

The Role

Lead and manage site delivery across both projects.
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical elements of the schemes.
Coordinate design, subcontractors, and materials.
Chair progress meetings and report on programme and performance.
Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and quality on site.Requirements

Proven background as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on wastewater projects.
Experience delivering non-infrastructure works within live operational environments.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (EUSR / Water Hygiene desirable).
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, cost control, and programme management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.What's on Offer
