💰 Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are hiring a Site Agent to join one of our best clients, a dynamic and highly respected name in the commercial fitout industry. This is your opportunity to work on exciting projects, transforming bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, and other commercial spaces into stunning environments that leave a lasting impression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing and managing all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.

Acting as the main point of contact on-site, solving problems proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the commercial fitout sector.

Expertise in managing fitouts for bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, or similar commercial outlets.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
