Site Agent

CSS Recruitment are looking for a Site Agent local to Basingstoke, Hampshire.
You will be required to work on projects including:
- Hampshire
- Berkshire
- Surrey
The Role
* Must have tier 1 main contractor experience on heavy civil schemes including Highways and Structures.

Manage daily site operations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, environmental requirements and quality standards.
*
Plan and monitor project programmes, resources, costs and progress.
*
Oversee construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, highways and structures.
*
Manage risk assessments, method statements, site inspections and quality documentation.
*
Liaise with clients, engineers, commercial teams and other stakeholders.
*
Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and site constraints.
*
Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
* Must have tier 1 main contractor experience on heavy civil schemes including Highways and Structures.
*
Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering.
*
Relevant civil engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
*
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety and quality assurance.
*
Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and site resources.
*
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Negotiable (Dependant on Experience)
