The business has been around for a long time, has steady relationships with Tier 1 contractors, and works across non-residential civils, highways, infrastructure, foundations, drainage, roads, groundworks and site preparation projects. The work is varied, usually up to around £4m in value, and the company still has a smaller, family-run feel rather than feeling too corporate. This would suit a Sub Agent who has worked up from an engineering background, or someone in an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager-type role who still enjoys being close to the work on site.
