Site Agent – Sewage Reservoir Scheme
Location: Moffat, Scotland
Start Date: September 2026
Rate: £350–£400 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major sewage reservoir construction project in Moffat, Scotland, starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background, excellent IT skills, and a proven ability to manage site documentation and project paperwork to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.

* Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, quality documentation, and health & safety paperwork.

* Ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.

* Liaise effectively with the project team, client representatives, and stakeholders.

* Monitor progress and assist in delivering the project on time and within budget.

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.

* Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital site management systems.

* Excellent organisational skills with a high standard of paperwork and reporting.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* SMSTS certification.

* First Aid at Work qualification.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
