Site Clearance Operative / Driver

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Site Clearance Operative / Driver to join our growing family business. Key Responsibilities

* Operate commercial vehicles, including small vehicle-mounted HIAB crane, to transport waste and materials to designated disposal or recycling facilities

Carry out site clearance tasks including heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and debris removal

Ensure all loads are safely secured before transportation

*

Complete routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure safety and compliance

*

Communicate effectively with team members, site managers, and clients

*

Follow all health and safety procedures during site operations

*

Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and clearance activities

Requirements

*

Clean driving licence

*

Strong driving skills and familiarity with commercial driving regulations

Comfortable working in environments involving heavy lifting and manual handling

Good communication skills

*

Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions

Knowledge of health and safety standards (training provided)

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
