Are you a wind technician or renewable-energy operations professional ready for more ownership?
We are hiring a Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator to help keep a portfolio of operational wind sites safe, well maintained and performing at their best. This is a varied, hands-on role combining time on site with operational planning and coordination from an Alloa office base.
You will be close to live assets, working with contractors, monitoring performance, responding to operational issues and ensuring every site is managed safely and effectively.
What you will be doing
* Coordinate day-to-day operations across operational wind sites.
* Plan maintenance, inspections and contractor work schedules.
* Monitor generation and respond to site faults, helping minimise downtime.
* Use SCADA and operational systems to track site performance.
* Run site inductions and toolbox talks, and uphold strong health and safety standards.
* Carry out site inspections and oversee contractor activity.
* Maintain accurate site logs, maintenance records and operational reports.
* Support minor maintenance and general site-upkeep activities where required.
* Monitor operational expenditure against planned budgets.
* Build positive working relationships with landowners, contractors and local stakeholders.
What we are looking for
You may currently be a Wind Turbine Technician, Service Technician, O&M Technician, Site Supervisor or Wind Operations Coordinator looking to take the next step.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
* Experience working on operational wind sites or within wind O&M.
* A good understanding of site health and safety.
* Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance works or site activity.
* The confidence to work independently in remote, outdoor environments.
* Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when needed.
SCADA experience, GWO Working at Height, first aid, HV safety knowledge or familiarity with Wind Turbine Safety Rules would be beneficial, but are not essential.
