The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the site, interpreting construction drawings, ensuring accurate setting out, and influencing project progress to meet deadlines. Within the role you will develop effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while ensuring that quality, environmental, and health & safety standards are met.

This role would suit a Site Engineer with a background in civil engineering including drainage or earthworks looking for a stable long-term role within a company that can offer great training, a company bonus and the opportunity to progress.

The Role:

• Manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time
• Oversee teams, interpret construction drawings, and ensure accurate setting out.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
• Monday to Friday - permanent hours

The Person:

• Site Engineer or similar
• Background in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Commutable around Kegworth area.
