Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills and become a key part of our long-term projects. Our projects predominantly involve earthworks, housing, roads, sewers, and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.

• Oversee and manage various construction projects including earthworks, housing developments, road constructions, sewers, and RC structures.
• Ensure all engineering works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Solve technical issues on site, provide technical advice, and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Strong understanding of construction processes related to earthworks, housing, roads, sewers, and RC structures.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
