Position Overview:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Bristol / Southwest

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Company:

Main contractor with a 30-year trading history, specialising in new build care homes with a turnover exceeding £100 million.

Benefits:

Mileage: .25 per mile

Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave

Pension: 3% employee contribution

Bonus: After qualifying period (3-5K)

Work Hours: Early finish on Fridays

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site engineering / setting out for new build care homes, including work on car parks, drainage, foundations and 278 works
• Ability to read technical drawings and set out work using robotic kit to tight tolerances.
• Collaborating with the Site Manager and attending management meetings.
• Produce takes offs from drawings
• Ensuring tasks align with project timelines and standards.
• The role will include travel to various sites around the region with some working away from home

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a Site Engineer.

Education: HND/HNC in Civil Engineering.

Skills: Proficiency in robotic setting out equipment. (Leica, total station)

License: Full UK driving license.
