I am currently seeking a Site Engineer to join a growing team in Manchester. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for responding to reactive breakdowns, completeing PPM's & leading a small team of engineers.

* Lead and motivate a team of engineers.
* Manages a team of multi-skilled engineers while remaining actively involved in fault finding, repairs, and plant optimisation.
* Leads maintenance strategy, breakdown response, and continuous improvement for production equipment and utilities.
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and assist in the professional development of team members.
* Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.
* Foster strong communication channels within the team and across different departments to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications/ Experience
* Strong technical background in engineering - Mechanical or Electrical.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
