Join a growing contractor delivering new build and refurbishment projects across sectors including hospitality, commercial, leisure, care and education. Working on schemes valued to £30m, you'll play a key role in successful project delivery.

The Role

* Setting out and surveying works

* Interpreting drawings and specifications

* Monitoring quality and compliance

* Coordinating subcontractors on site

* Supporting project delivery programmes

* Resolving technical and construction issues

* Ensuring health & safety standards are met

* Liaising with site teams and stakeholders

* Producing site records and reports

Requirements

* Previous Site Engineer experience

* Strong setting out skills

* Good understanding of construction processes

* Ability to read technical drawings

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Full UK driving licence preferred
