Site Engineer - Nightshift - Civils / Highways

Job Title: Nightshift Site Engineer - Highways

Location: M65 Junction 6

Contract Type: Temporary / Contract (Umbrella CIS accepted)

Rate: Circa £500 - £550 per shift

Duration: Two positions available: one for circa 8 weeks and one for circa 12 weeks, with potential for extension.

Job Description:
TRIbuild Solutions is currently recruiting Nightshift Site Engineer to provide engineering services on a major highways scheme at the M65 Junction 6. CIS is accepted, and payment is via umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

* CAT scanning and associated utility avoidance checks

* Issuing permits

* Setting out drainage, kerbs, CKDs and gullies

* Marking up identified dig-down areas

* Preparing as-built documentation

* Producing progress reports

* Providing general engineering support to the site team, including but not limited to the above

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways or civils

* CAT scanning competence

* Valid CSCS card

* SSSTS

* Highways Passport

* Willingness and ability to work nights

Desirable Skills:

* Previous experience on live highways or motorway junction schemes

* Strong setting out and as-built recording experience
