Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Site Facilities Technician– The Role:

The Site Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring the functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the entire site. This includes maintaining the facilities to a high standard, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering a first-class service.

You’ll work with a supportive team, gain exposure to a wide range of systems and projects, and contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace.

Site Facilities Technician– Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain equipment, infrastructure, and buildings in good condition

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Conduct and document inspections

- Monitor HVAC, compressors, chilled water, and fire safety systems

- Oversee site security and parking arrangements

- Manage waste disposal processes

- Plan and coordinate office moves and major maintenance projects

- Carry out or oversee repairs and renovations

Site Facilities Technician– You:

- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a facilities-based role, with a solid understanding of basic engineering principles and building maintenance

- You are a strong communicator, capable of coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and have good planning and IT skills

- Experience with CMMS or Building Management Systems

- Basic MS Office proficiency

- Desirable certifications (e.g., IOSH, IPAF, FLT Licence, Legionella Awareness)

- A clean driving licence
