Site Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing

We're looking for a commercially minded Site Finance Business Partner to support manufacturing operations by providing financial insight, challenging performance, and driving continuous improvement across the site. Working closely with the Site Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

• Location: Bridgwater Dairy (TA6 6DF)


• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday – hybrid working 3 days on site

Site Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to improve financial and operational performance.


• Lead site budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.


• Deliver clear analysis of site performance, costs and KPIs.


• Support and challenge operational teams to achieve business targets.


• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and accurate stock reporting.


• Review and support capital investment and cost-saving initiatives.


• Manage product costing, Bills of Materials and tender cost submissions.


• Contribute to strategic planning and site improvement projects.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience).


• Previous experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments.


• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.


• Confident influencing and challenging at all levels.


• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
