Salary range £50k -60k depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Site Foreman to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

* Experienced in general civils works, drainage, RC, earthworks, water & highways.

* Strong HSQE values including ensuring all risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are fully implemented and that operatives are wearing correct PPE.

* Document and report near-misses, accidents, and changing site conditions to management.

* Daily Briefings, Toolbox Talks, inspections.

* Ability to work with the wider project team

* Ensure adequate manpower, materials, & plant equipment are available and organized on-site.

* Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the site crew.

* Good record keeping, ability to solve problems, work to specification.

* Good communicator who can manage multiple gangs & develop younger members of the team.

* Submitting timesheets.

Additions to Salaries:

* 10% car allowance or company van/car.

* 3% 0- 6% pension contributions.

* Annual profit share bonus once 12 months are completed.

* 25 days’ annual leave including 7 at Christmas.

* 8 bank holidays.
