£350 per day

Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a long-term civil engineering project in Norfolk, commencing on 27th July 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Foreman with a strong background in civil engineering projects who can lead site teams, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce activities

* Manage subcontractors, plant and labour on site

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

* Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks and daily coordination meetings

* Monitor productivity and programme progress

* Liaise with Site Managers, Engineers and clients

* Ensure all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed

Requirements:

* Extensive civils experience is essential

* Previous experience working as a Site Foreman on civil engineering projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* Experience managing groundworks, drainage, roads, infrastructure or similar civils packages
