Job Title: Site Installation Supervisor
Location: Coventry, UK
Salary: up to £44,000 per year + OT Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Travel: Approximately 75% on-site, 25% off-site

We're working on behalf of a global engineering business recognised as a world leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of advanced process plants. Due to continued project demand, they are now looking to recruit a Site Installation Supervisor to oversee installations across a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a mix of hands-on installation, team supervision, and project coordination – ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background.

The Role

As Site Installation Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site-based works on a project-by-project basis. You’ll coordinate labour, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to spec.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising site installations in the UK and abroad
• Coordinating with Contracts Engineers to plan and deliver project phases
• Managing site teams and monitoring subcontractor performance
• Maintaining site records, timesheets, and daily diaries
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental procedures
• Supporting quality assurance and snagging processes
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak to candidates who have:

• A solid mechanical engineering background – essential
• Knowledge of or experience with electrical systems – desirable
• Previous experience in a site-based supervisory role
• A full UK driving licence – essential
• Comfortable with UK-wide and occasional overseas travel (accommodation and expenses covered)
• Computer literate – able to manage basic documentation and reporting
• SSSTS or similar site supervision certification – desirable but not essential
