Site Lead – Food Manufacturing

Location: Lincolnshire

We’re looking for an experienced Site Lead to take full operational responsibility for a large food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire.

You’ll lead a large team and have full accountability for people, performance and process, ensuring the factory runs safely, efficiently and effectively.

The role

* Lead the full site operation and large workforce

* Drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement

* Develop and engage the leadership team

* Maintain high standards across safety, quality, service and cost

* Provide visible, hands-on leadership while thinking strategically

About you

You’ll have proven Site Leadership or Operations Management experience within a large food manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for an influential leader who can win hearts and minds, build strong teams and relationships, and bring the gravitas to lead a large-scale operation.
