The ideal candidate will have experience with preplanning maintenance of up to a year in advance on equipment such as HVAC, Effluent Treatment, Hot Water Sets, Cooling Towers, Glycol Systems, Carbon Extractors etc.

The Role

• Manage activities on regulated systems and monitor key engineering systems
• Support asset care and lead improvements in the Utilities and Facilities function
• Ensure site services and facilities are maintained in line with technical and quality standards
• Preplan maintenance for up to a year in advance whilst being able to react to daily issues

• Engineering experience
• Maintenance Engineer background
• Commutable distance to Wells
