Site Maintenance Operative

Meraki Talent is working with an established Property client who are looking for a Site Maintenance Operative to support across three sites in the Northwest Area (Manchester, Liverpool etc.)

This role would suit an experienced Maintenance/Facilities professional looking for a Monday-Friday role with flexible hours, a great culture, and long-standing team.

Offering a salary of £27k + up to 10% bonus per annum (paid quarterly)

Van, tools and uniform provided - driving license is essential.
 
Site Maintenance Operative Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repairs on site including furniture etc.
• General decorating including painting and flooring
• Replacing lighting (not qualified level work)
• Maintain basic plumbing on site including installation / removal of fixtures and fittings
• Maintaining the landscape
• General cleaning and upkeep of office site

Person Specification:

• Full clean driving license
• Basic painting skills
• Basic plumbing skills (desirable)
• Professional appearance and manner
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible approach
