Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in full-cycle construction projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established construction company offering varied, hands-on work across the UK, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and technical excellence.

This company delivers a wide range of construction projects across the UK, including retail parks, student accommodation, office refurbishments, and residential new builds. The role offers the chance to be involved in varied and high-profile sites, with support from an experienced and professional team.

Each day, you'll be responsible for managing construction sites from start to finish, coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. You'll also maintain detailed site records and ensure that each stage of the project is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Site Manager with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to travel nationwide, looking to develop within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction site management
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, method statements, and risk assessments
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
* Monitor site progress and maintain accurate daily records and reports
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications

About You:
* Site Manager or similar
* Knowledge of groundworks, drainage, foundations, steel installation, demolitions, and fit-outs
* SMSTS and First Aid certifications
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
