I am looking to speak to experienced site managers with a solid background in house building.

I have an opportunity with an award winning, quality, and low volume developer in Cornwall. Long term volume site, over 7 years in duration near Porthleven.

Ideally seek an award-winning manager or aspiring award winning manager who can demonstrate a stable career and longevity with client building quality housing units.

You will need to be a professional and well-presented individual who is organised and efficient, with the same goal in mind - every plot is finished to an exceptional standard! Strong health and safety record and awareness, able to write own build programme, with good IT skills. Ability to lead by example and manage to get the most out of your team

Ideally you will hold a degree or HNC relevant to construction, however not essential

As a minimum you will need the following certificates:

• SMSTS
• FIRST AID
• SCAFFOLD INSPECTION
• CSCS
