Site Manager key responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Lead and support a facilities team, including external vendors and contractors.
• Manage preventive maintenance and regular servicing schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
• Handle facilities budgets, cost control, and contract management.
• Drive site efficiency improvements and respond to emergencies promptly.

Site Manager desired skills and experience:

• Experience within a similar role - FM Manager, Facilities Manager etc.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
• Skilled in using CMMS, BMS, and other maintenance-related software.
• Technically hands-on with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
