Site Manager

A Successful construction company situated in N/W Ireland with sites nationwide is looking to recruit a Site Manager with civil and steel frame experience for a project in Leixlip, Co Kildare.

What you’ll do as Site Manager:

• Overseeing site operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is done safely, on time and to the highest standards.
• Reporting progress accurately to the Contracts Manager.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the site.
• Coordinating and liaising with the Contract Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure all site personnel have timely and accurate information.
• Maintaining high standards in Health and Safety.

We’re looking for a Site Manager with:

• Previous experience in the role
• Proven track records of delivering projects on time
• Relevant qualifications in Construction
• Computer literate - familiar with MS Office, Project or similar packages
• Good communication both verbally and written
