The role:
You will need to be a self motivated, driven and dynamic No 1 Site Manager to lead the delivery of high end residential developments. The current project consists of 21 luxury units each valued at approximately £1 million. You will be the lead on site ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage all subcontractors, supplies and site staff.
• Maintain a safe and compliant site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for Senior Management
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail are maintained.

You will need:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential projects
• A team player who fits in well with a collaborative and quality driven culture
