Job Title: Site Manager

Salary & Benefits: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance

Project Overview:

• New build warehouse project
  
• Refurbishment of an existing warehouse
  
• All projects are large-format builds, each exceeding £1 million in value
  

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects, preferably in industrial or warehouse sectors
• Capable of managing end-to-end site operations, subcontractors, health & safety, and delivery within budget and programme
  
• Background in handling high-value construction projects (£1m+)
  
• Confident liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams
  

Qualifications:

• CSCS (Black Card) - essential
  
• NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management - required
  
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
