Site Manager

The client is a well-established regional construction contractor who are now seeking a Site Manager for a new project soon to start in North Somerset.

The project will be to work as a main contractor, using JCT you will be the number one on site on a Design and build, Steel Frame Warehouse with associated Groundworks, the project is worth around £4 million and will be a 35-week project.

As the Site Manager on the Project, you will

Be responsible for liaising with the client, dealing with design coordination, and planning.

You will also ensure health and safety on site and manage subcontractors, ensuring the project is being delivered to program.

The successful candidate for this role, will have previous Site Management experience as a number one on site. You will have an SMSTS and CSCS qualification. Experience in Steel frame buildings and externals would be an advantage.
