Receive product specific and hands on training out in the field working on Tier 1 housing development projects across Oxford, Swindon and a wider region surrounding areas. Established over 50 years this manufacturer is looking for a hungry to learn site manager to join their team based in Kent. Travel to multiple sites across the south west oxford region overseeing delivery and installation of timber frames on tier 1 housing development projects. Be in the driving seat of your career taking pride in your work and having a clear route to progressing technically and to senior titles.

Your role as a site manager will include:
* Travelling to multiple sites across kent overseeing the delivery, installation and progress of timber frame installations.
* Attend meetings on site with clients and report into senior management updating on the progress of projects
* Managing teams of installers on site ensuring day to day site and managerial duties are completed

As a successful site manager you will need:
* Driving licence and happy to travel to multiple sites
* SMSTS and/or black card
* Site Manager experience working on large scale housing development projects
