To oversee day-to-day operations on site associated with all KCH Works as directed by the Senior Artic Building Services Limited (ABSL) management team.

To ensure that KCH PPM Contract Works are delivered on time, safely, within budget and to the required quality.

Job Duties:    

•    To oversee day-to-day operations on site associated with all KCH Works as directed by the Senior Artic Building Services Limited (ABSL) management team.
•    To ensure that KCH PPM Contract Works are delivered on time, safely, within budget and to the required quality.
•    Supervision and overseeing all aspects of contract works, ensuring that the client’s specifications are met.
•    Liaising with the client and any sub-contractors on a frequent basis as per the estimated Management time allowed.
•    Coordinating and supervising all ABSL affiliated personnel; issuing daily work programmes and gaining progress reports, PPM and reactive works.
•    Ensuring that Purchase Orders for all works are in place from the client.
•    Ensuring that ABSL remain contractually compliant with its delivery of works on site in line with agreed contract terms.
•    Carrying out safety inspections and ensuring site safety is adhered to at all times.
•    Maintaining quality control procedures.
•    Finding ways to prevent problems and provide technical solutions.
•    Assessing and minimising risk.
•    Writing reports and keeping on top of all required paperwork.
•    Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits where appropriate.
•    Working closely with the central support teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is produced.
•    Supporting the estimating function as required.
•    Working closely with the Business Development team to maximise opportunities with existing and new clients.
•    Supporting with keeping the Evolution system up to date as required by the Contract Manager.
