Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment

Glasgow

Up to £55,000 + Car / Allowance

We are recruiting a permanent Site Manager with a background in planned maintenance / housing refurbishment work to join a Main Contractor based in Glasgow.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

PAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experience

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

Seeking someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
