Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a restoration project in Twickenham.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing restoration projects

* Familiar with documenting works and completing Member Record Sheets

* SMSTS certification essential

* ICATS/TTP qualification preferred

* Computer literate with good administration skills

* Strong organisational and communication skills

The Role

* Manage day-to-day site operations

* Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Maintain accurate site documentation and records

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a contract role, with the possibility of an extension beyond November
