Site Manager Required – Felixstowe, Suffolk

⏳ Duration: 4–5 Weeks Initially
💰 Rate: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)

EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to oversee a commerical project to its project end date.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is confident running a site operationally and managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Essential Requirements:

* SMSTS Certificate

* Previous experience as a Site Manager

* Strong operational and organisational skills

* Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage the day-to-day running of site

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Valid First Aid and CSCS Card (preferred)

Desirable:

* Previous experience working on commerical projects or Tier 1 contractors.

Duties Include:

* Managing the day-to-day operation of the site

* Supervising subcontractors and coordinating works

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Monitoring programme and productivity

* Liaising with the client, contractors and project team

* Maintaining high standards of quality and site organisation
