Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will lead the construction through to handover.

You will be responsible for managing the site team, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring programme and budget control, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience delivering new-build schemes across industrial or commercial sectors.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience delivering new-build projects on industrial, commercial or similar sectors

NVQ Level 6 in a relevant construction discipline

*

Valid CSCS card

*

SMSTS qualification

*

First Aid certification

*

Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills

*

LODGE will be paid for candidates outside the area
