Site Manager

Site Manager required for an immediate start (Tuesday 28th July) in Bristol/BS6 - 32-40 weeks work (full length of programme.)

Scope of works is refurbishment of a sheltered accommodation building in the area - you will be working for the main contractor on the project

The site will be live, therefore prior experience on similar live sheltered/social/care home environments would be desirable.
Given that the site is live, you will need a DBS - Search can run a DBS check for you if you do not currently hold one.

-CSCS (Black/White/Gold)
-First Aid
-Asbestos Awareness
-DBS

Day rate payable weekly via CIS
