We are working with a well-established and highly regarded infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a successful team delivering a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with client requirements.
As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays or issues Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance Liaising with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, client representatives and wider project team The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience working as a Site Manager within civil engineering, infrastructure or rail Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site management Experience managing site teams and subcontractors A strong understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills What's in it for you?
