Site Manager

Site Manager to work within a school in Walsall, required immediately.

As a site Manager you will be responsible for:

Opening up and closing the school.
Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied.
General maintenance and DIY.
litter picking.
assisting with any school deliveries.
overlooking the schools health and safety.
Carrying out fire drills/test.
Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools.Key Skills:

Organised
Reliable
Good time management
Opening/locking up the premises.
Responding promptly to maintenance issues.Hours: Mon to Friday 7.00am - 10.00am and 3pm - 6pm.

Pay: £13.50 an hour
