Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out
Location: North East England
Salary: £280 - £300
Job Type: Permanent / Contract

Optio Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a retail fit-out contractor delivering projects across the North East.

The Role:

* Running retail construction/fit-out projects on-site from start to finish

* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and delivery schedules

* Acting as main point of contact for client and store teams on site

* Driving H&S standards and quality control

* Managing store handovers within tight, live-trading timescales

About You:

* Site management background in retail construction/fit-out

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), First Aid at Work required

* Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes

* Full UK driving licence, mobile across the North East
