Site Manager

UK Labour Supply Ltd is recruiting an experienced Finishing Site Manager to take a 29-apartment residential development through to completion. The scheme also includes a neighbouring car park.

The project
The structural works are complete, and the project is now in the finishing phase. Work has progressed from the top floor down, so floors 3, 2 and 1 are the most advanced. Several trades are already on site.

The role
You'll take control of all 2nd fix and utilities. That means planning, sequencing and coordinating trades so work moves through the building in a structured, floor-by-floor way. You'll be responsible for driving programme, maintaining quality and getting the apartments over the line to handover.

Key responsibilities

* Plan and sequence 2nd fix trades and utility connections across all 29 units

* Coordinate subcontractors and labour to keep work flowing and hit programme

* Run the site day to day, including H&S, inductions, RAMS and site records

* Carry out quality checks, snagging and handover preparation

* Report progress to the client

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes

* Strong track record of organising trades through the finishing phase

* Valid CSCS card (Black Ideally)

* First Aid at Work (desirable)

* Location: Cleveley (FY5)

* Start:Immediate

* Duration:3 months

* Rate: £300 (10 hour day)
